This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (“End User” or “you”) and Deegov, the owner of Votas.one (“Application”). This EULA governs your use of the Application and any accompanying documentation.
Deegov grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, or reverse engineer the Application. You also agree not to use the Application for any illegal purpose.
The Application is licensed, not sold, to you. Deegov retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights.
The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Deegov makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Application or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Application.
In no event shall Deegov be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Application, even if Deegov has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Deegov if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Deegov and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
By clicking the “Accept” button, creating an account or installing the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Application.
